His methods are more time-efficient and effortless and can be implemented to become part of a lifestyle of a person who already has many time-constraints.

Personal Trainer

Pihla-Mari is an active wellness athlete whose passion is to get others to exercise and take care of themselves. Pihla's strengths are lifestyle changes, versatile exercise and the ability to motivate others. Pihla's favorite forms of exercise are Crossfit, 3 Columnrunning, cycling and skiing!
