Big Gains with 2 Workouts per Week?

October 04, 20241 min read

You would be surprised how little time it actually takes to get great results with the gym.

Many people prolong starting because they have a mental image of having to be in the gym every week day to get anywhere.

Not true.

You have seen the 90 day transformations I put out constantly. These clients do 2-3 workouts a week.

If you are inspired by my personal results, let me tell you I also go to the gym just 3 days a week.

The problem with too many workouts is that not only will you not stick to that consistently, but you might not recover from that, or you might be spending unnecessary amounts of time at the gym, when you could get the same result with less, and by focusing on the right exercises.

Recovery comes down to individual differences. Age, work stress, relationship stress, lifestyle, etc. Therefore sometimes less is definitely more.

Full body training 2 or 3 days a week is all you need. There are a lot of fancy exercises and plans out there but the foundational, multi joint exercises are still what make the big difference.
